July 31, 2009 - The Commodores August 1, 2009 - Chris Isaak / The Wallflowers August 2, 2009 - Yes with special guest Asia August 3, 2009 - David Cook with Green River Ordinance August 4, 2009 - Third Eye Blind with special guest Matt Nathanson August 5, 2009 - THE B-52s / Joan Jett & The Blackhearts August 6, 2009 - Puddle of Mudd with Trapt & special guest Stasis August 7, 2009 - Pat Benatar and Deborah Harry, two great female rock singers, will share a bill when Benatar’s group and Blondie perform Aug. 7, 2009 at Musikfest’s RiverPlace. Deborah Harry’s edgy, hip voice and cool, model-like looks have helped make Blondie a great band for four decades. Harry has dipped into new wave (”Call Me”), pop-calypso (”The Tide Is High”) and hardcore-melodic rap (”Rapture”). In 2006 Blondie entered the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Last year the band released an expanded CD/DVD 30th-anniversary version of the album ”Parallel Lines.” The two won’t share stage time however, Benatar will go on last. Opening will be The Donnas, a quartet of rockin women.
