There are children's games and activities on the Talbot County Court House lawn, followed by Irish Bagpipers to lead the Parade from W. Dover up Washington St., down Harrison St., and back to W. Dover St. Always a highlight of this parade, and vying for a trophy, are the decorated golf carts! When weather permits, the final touches to the day are the adult Potato and Brew Races on Washington Street.
