 Lehigh Valley Fireworks Display and Shows for 2012 Every year Macy's kicks off the world's largest fireworks display at approximately 9 pm. on July 4th. Four barges between 23rd. and 42nd. streets in the East River set off about 20,000 aerial shells and special effects. The New York Fire Department participates with fire boats that shoot red, clear, and blue water 300 feet over the river. |

Musikfest 2011Bethlehem Aug. 5 - 14, 2011 Musikfest 2011 will feature the traditional Musikfest experience on the city’s North Side, with plenty of great, free music. Enjoy food and fun in Bethlehem’s historic district. Musikfest 2011 will also be offering a more intimate festival experience at SteelStacks. With the exception of the Sands Steel Stage main stage, the Musikfest venues at SteelStacks will hold anywhere from 100 or 200 people up to 2,500. closing-night fireworks spectacular.
